Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, Savage Custom Creative will provide a repair, replacement or refund.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Savage Custom Creative, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind refund policy on eligible purchases.

If you wish to cancel or request a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Where approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

After 30 Days

After 30 days from the original purchase date, purchases become non-refundable unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

However, any unused value remains fully redeemable.

For example:

  • Gift cards remain valid for their full value and may be redeemed for classes, custom knives, pre-made knives, swords or other eligible products and services.
  • Gift cards may also be transferred or gifted to another person.

Classes and Workshop Bookings

If a class booking is cancelled within 30 days of purchase and before the class has been attended, you may request a refund.

After 30 days from the purchase date, bookings are generally non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be rescheduled or transferred.

Failure to attend a booked class without prior arrangement may result in forfeiture of the booking.

Custom Orders

Custom-made products are eligible for cancellation and refund within 30 days of purchase provided work has not substantially commenced.

Once significant design, material preparation or manufacturing has begun, refunds may not be available except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Physical Products

Unused products purchased from Savage Custom Creative may be returned within 30 days for a refund.

Returned items should be in their original condition unless the return is due to a fault or issue covered by Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us promptly with details and photographs where possible.

Where required by Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
